Rescheduling & Cancellation policy

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to someone else.

  • Cancellations made within this timeframe are free of charge, and any refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made via the booking system- we do not receive them by phone or email.

  • Any appointment that is not cancelled in time will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Refunds for late cancellations are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the practitioner.

We hope you can appreciate that we are a very busy shop and that our time is also precious.

Code of Conduct

We do not tolerate disrespect, aggression, rudeness, or entitled behaviour towards our staff. If such behaviour occurs, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be banned from our space.
